I’d agree with him on the IPAs…there is a version known as the West Coast IPA that tastes like canned grapefruit juice…I started making beer in my basement 40 years ago…the absolute worst batch ever tasted like Goose Island 312.
That’s why there are so many kinds of brew - tastes vary dramatically. I’m a geezer, and I won’t open, much less drink, anything that has ‘Light’ on the label…
