Pork chop flavored with hungarian paprika, olive oil, salt, a tiny bit of sugar (maybe a quarter teaspoon), and browned crispy in olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Side of spinach made with garlic fried in butter, salt, homemade extra-high-fat greek yogurt, and a little bit of heavy cream, with chunks of homemade hard cheese mixed in. Come to think of it that spinach should be good for Lent since it is meatless and extra-filling due to all the fat.
