Our first Easter dinner at home in the 42 years we’ve been married…
Baked ham, potato-cheese casserole, roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and onion, a fresh wheat roll, and a very good IPA…nut roll for dessert.
We had Pot Roast and gravy with onions, mashed potatoes, roasted sweet potato chunks, and green beans with sautéed onions and sun dried tomato bits.
For dessert, an Italian Ricotta pie.
