For our dinner tonight, I made fish sandwiches on hamburger buns, and served them with loaded mashed potatoes, and green peas. I had some Diet 7-Up to drink.
 
Applewood-smoked bratwurst, German potato salad, zucchini casserole, and a fresh wheat roll, washed down with a good ale…coffeecake and gelato for dessert.
 
“Epic Everything Bagels” (Garlic, Onion, Chia, Sesame, Flax, Poppy) with butter.
Shrimp Wonton soup with spinach and oregano.
Homemade limeade, made with honey.
Cup of coffee :coffee:

I feel like crawling back into bed. 😴
 
Grilled chicken sandwich and chips, and iced tea.

The chicken had a sizable piece that I couldn’t chew - it looked okay but it felt like it was hiding a large glob of fat. 😝 I notified the cafeteria manager. He offered me a refund, but I declined, since I was able to eat most of the sandwich except for that one piece.

I am about to feast on a stir fry dish. Loaded with thin strips of beef, bean sprouts, baby corn, water chestnuts, bell pepper, onion, celery, and served over rice.

Hershey’s miniatures …Aldi is doing some American food again in the middle aisle .
