Breakfast: 🥓 🥞 :fried_egg: sausage, toast, fresh fruit.

Lunch: 🥓 sandwiches, 🥗, Dr Pepper, 🍨.
 
Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich and fries (with honey mustard). Dessert is some lime sherbet (not from Wendy’s). Drink is Coke Zero.
 
Shrimp curry, leftover grilled salmon, jasmine rice, golden kiwis, 4 triangles Toblerone, water

Stopped at Subway on the way home from the Vigil Mass…

BLT with pepper jack cheese and spinach [tomatoes were from my garden] on herbs and cheese bread, some homemade tortellini salad, and an Oktoberfest brew.
 
Pho, Vietnamese beef noodle soup; absolute heaven which I enjoy three to four times weekly at a local noodle house. Oh, and a Pepsi (get thee behind me, Coke!)
 
Homemade popcorn, popped on the stovetop in an actual pan with oil and salt, is my absolute favorite food of all time. I could live on the stuff. Drench it in melted butter or sprinkle it with grated Parmesan, and my eyes roll back in my head. Absolute bliss!

LJ, Caspar and I had some fish. They had water to drink while I had root beer. LJ is now letting me pet her.
 
I was terribly healthy, and had some strawberry yogurt and fresh bananas. However, later today I will make up for this grievous lapse with fried chicken, Pringle’s sour cream & onion chips, ham pasta salad and chocolate fudge cake. (Eyes roll back in head at the very thought)
 
Just baked some double chocolate brownies to test how well my toaster oven baked.

Result: It did a good job by the way. I made some chocolate ganache and poured it all over the brownies. Will have it for dessert tonight.

A mug of coffee that turned out Just Right.Past experience shows that I’ll probably spill it before enjoying…the cat is getting awfully close with his hello’s…
 
Fried chicken, green salad with bacon, croutons and blue cheese dressing, chocolate fudge cake and Gatorade. Full as a tick and loving it!
