tri colored pasta with red clam sauce
i made it myself with fresh clams

Still drinking my Dr Pepper. Got my Wendy’s chili finished off and am now solely on liquids until I find out if my surgery’s really going to happen this time or if it’ll be rescheduled again for whatever reason they come up with.

If the surgery happens, I’ll be on liquids 3 days later than originally planned since I started early.

If the surgery is postponed and rescheduled, I will have to buy a few pkgs of dried beans and some bananas so I can baby my system.

Goya chanpuru (well, zucchini chanpuru—I couldn’t find any goya [bitter melon]) + water.

Chicken pot pie , low fat cottage cheese, water
I don’t eat chicken, but I do love vegetable pot pie.

I had a dragon fruit and lychee smoothie, but it also has other things like strawberries, hemp, and beets. You cannot taste the beets. I love beets, but I don’t want to taste them in a fruit smoothie.

I had a tomato sandwich on stone ground whole wheat with a dab of olive oil mayo.
(out of likes)

Sounds good @Milt

I had a mint and cacao smoothie that tasted just like mint chocolate chip ice cream, but there was no cream or ice cream in it! Only healthy things.

So far, surgery is still on. Have to cut off liquids by 11:21pm.

Here’s praying Lily.
I’m just having breakfast of coffee and a banana.Blue skies are beckoning.

We used the last of the yellow summer squash and made a nice casserole, and although it was good I will spice it up should I make that again.
Oh I almost forgot the daughter made a really tasty zucchini bread.

I’ll do my best to update everyone when the surgery’s over if I can get an Internet connection.

Okay, they showed me how to access the Internet.

Had my surgery!!! Yes, I’m in pain. But it’s in the usual after surgery places. And it’s manageable. I will feel worse when the meds wear off.

But yes, the third time was the charm.
