I had a really bad smell and traced it to my piano, opened it up and there it was inside…a dead piano tuna.

My cat used to jump in the fridge all the time bow he just jumps up on the bench

Almost out of likes 😦

It must have hit a high note! Or perhaps I was playing chopsticks whilst it was in there, don’t know, it’ll always be a mystery.

Or maybe I was playing ‘whale meat again’ a little too robustly like harpoon Marx.

I had a roast dinner, chicken, roast potatoes, peas and carrots. Plus cranberry sauce, which I like almost as much as cream of horseradish sauce.

Is this the traditional Sunday roast I keep hearing about?

When I lived in Hawaii, I had a close friend who was originally from Llandudno which is in Wales I think.

Got to have a Sunday roast with her but with roast lamb with mint sauce.

Yes, it’s a tradition which is dyingmout due to everyone’s busy lives. It actually doesn’t have to take a lot of work. Buying chicken pieces for example instead of a whole chicken reduces cooking times and if the potatoes are par boiled they roast with the chicken quickly.

Lamb would take longer, and is very nice with mint sauce, mostly because it’s a little greasy. Roast beef is my favourite but beef is expensive.

I find lamb takes less time to cook partly beacuse I love my lamb lovely and pink.
It’s been quite sometime since I brought roast beef. My in-laws have 5 acres of land so i usually put some animals down there which usually fill my freezer. That plus my huge vegetable garden And fruit trees certain times of the year my trolly at the grocery store is nearly empty

It’s nice to grow your own food.

At least you know where it’s coming from.

I like it and I used to love crackling but it’s not a healthy meat apparently. The other thing I said to ensure it’s cooked very well because it’s renowned for having tape worm, if cooked properly the worm or eggs I suppose is killed.
I may be wrong I should add.

I hear it’s trichinosis that’s the culprit when it comes pork that is not properly cooked.

Yes, I looked that up. I think you’ll find that with pork care should be taken due to tapeworm. Not a big deal as long as it’s cooked properly.

Pork is one of those meats that have to be cooked properly my brother will no longer eat pork but I love it so much.

Here we have a cable channel named “Nick At Night”, which broadcasts old TV shows.
In the UK it would probably be understood to mean “Nicked At Night.” that shows old British detective shows like “Pie In The Sky” 😁

Date night…hit the Mexican restaurant…

Chips and salsa/pico de gallo, carnitas super burro with ranchero sauce and queso, grilled onions, and a tall Dos Equis Ambar.
