Yum! But I hope that chocolate’s not hot. What about popsicles? Those always help me after going to the dentist.

Two poached eggs, on a toasted “bagel thin” which is a 110 calorie whole wheat skinny bagel.

And coffee with milk and no sugar.

Will be following up with multi vitamin, calcium supplement and a fish oil capsule.

I’ve also lost 18 pounds!!

I would really like a brownie though.
