Date night…chips and salsa/pico de gallo, a big burrito with grilled pork and chicken, rice, charro beans, and a tall Dos Equis Ambar.

I had my first burrito last night and it was very good.

It’s Friday today so Lemon fish and a cup of coffee. 🙂

Cancelled and rescheduled today’s dr visit. Mama’s sick. So it’s a soup day. If she’s not better tomorrow, I’m taking her to the ER. (I was told not to let it go more than 2 days due to her age.)

Me, I’m going to have salad and Coke. Need energy.
 
A nice salad, stuffed peppers and mashed potatoes with tomato gravy…washed down with a good German lager…rhubarb pie for dessert…
