I’m not too sure how it was done tonight,I’m guessing melted butter flour and milk to thicken the tinned tuna,
cheese added as well and pineapple pieces served hot on spaghetti.I was hungry after mass and it had that just right taste 🙂 I don’t even remember if there was any onion in it .
 
Philly Cheesesteak sandwich (1/2), small bowl of fruit salad, a chef salad and ginger ale.
 
Chocolate truffle layer cake which has one layer of chocolate mousse and another layer of chocolate cake topped with a dark chocolate ganache frosting.

Our parish picnic!!
Char-grilled sweetcorn, pulled pork, kielbasa and kraut, cheesy hashbrowns, barbecue beans, umpteen dessert selections, and draft beer from the local microbrewery, along with some great conversation.
 
Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, spinach salad and Icelandic chocolate yogurt washed down with water
 
Fettuccine with meatballs, homemade burrata cheese, chocolate cake and ginger ale.
 
For tonight’s dinner we had baked spicy honey barbecue chicken tenders, cold three bean salad, and rice pilaf.

I had some cold Diet Caffeine-Free Pepsi to drink.

Had the day off, so I got out the grill…
Char-grilled swordfish steaks, corn-on-the-cob, pan-fried zucchini, fresh tomatoes, a fresh wheat roll, and a good IPA…gelato for dessert…
