Green Immunity Smoothie (recipe is posted on the other thread, Lily)
 
Chicken tamales, a carnitas torta, rice, and a good Canadian brew…fresh cranberry-orange oatmeal bars for dessert.
 
We had pork chops, tossed salad, cornbread stuffing, and peas last pm.
We will be having my wife’s signature dish which is sour cream enchiladas. 😃
 
The sour cream enchiladas sound yummy.

Spaghetti Bolognese, Jalapeño Fritos, Tim Tams
 
Date night…couldn’t get to our favorite Mexican restaurant, due to massive traffic from the County Fair, [and we had Mexican food the past two nights…] so we went to the restaurant at a local supermarket…
A big salad, tortellini salad, and a surprisingly good Cuban flatbread with pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, banana peppers, and yellow mustard. Ice water with lemon to drink.
 
A banana. Will have another when I get home from my pre-op registration.
 
For tonight’s dinner we had some rotisserie chicken, cold three cheese tortellini pasta salad, and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

I had a little fun-sized Oreo candy bar for my dessert snack.

I’ve been drinking cold bottled water.
