Greek yogurt with granola, strawberries and blueberries

Diet caffeine free Pepsi

Applewood-smoked split chicken breast, fresh sweetcorn, fresh tomatoes with cottage cheese, a fresh rye roll, and a good IPA…warm-from-the-oven deep-dish peach pie for dessert. I love this time of year!

You had warm peach pie for dessert last week! You’re spoiled! 😁

I had salmon, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, but that was way too much food for me! I rarely eat a dinner that big.

Diet caffeine free Pepsi
I have to get caffeine free. I have diet, but with caffeine, and it made me nervous for 24 hours!
I drink the caffeine-free. I like it. I don’t think that it’s any different than the regular.

I’m not really into soft drinks…my favorite beverage is black coffee…I drank so much of it back in the day that my body no longer tolerates the caffein…even decaf coffee gets a reaction…
[When did they start putting an ‘e’ at the end of caffein?]

Green salad with apples, candied walnuts, basil, spring lettuce mix, white balsamic dressing, Mac and cheese casserole flavored with truffle oil and topped with crunchy bread crumbs, low fat cottage cheese, water

Soy products have complete protein. I’m a vegetarian and really watch my protein. Just finished fake chicken nuggets. You don’t have to eat meat to get enough protein. Lately I discovered spaghetti made of yellow lentils and brown rice. Tastes and feels just like the white flour pasta but is complete protein. If you live near a Trader Joe’s, they have lots of fake (soy) meat (Italian sausage, hot dogs, veggieburgers) and you can check out the protein content. (and then there’s sea food…which I also don’t eat but which is a great source of protein other than meat…)
