The destruction of the Church is ultimately the goal of all evil. It’s the continuing persecution of Christ. It might have a political face in different times, but we can expect the Church to be radically at odds with the secular world.
I have Christian hope, and at the same time I expect the Catholic Church to be harshly persecuted in the coming years.
