National Catholic organizations for the dignity of the elderly

Hi all,

I am looking for a national Catholic organization whose emphasis is for the dignity of elderly people. While there seem to be many statewide organizations - surprisingly, I am having a difficult time finding such a group operating on a national level.

Does anyone have any insight into such a group?
