I am not aware of any current efforts to increase health care regulation (which I support), that involve forcing anyone to do abortions.
I support increased regulation because health care has way too many people hurt and killed by medical errors that I believe are directly related to a lack of regulation.
Hi risk industries like aviation, nuclear power, and health care need to have appropriate regulation to be safe.
The AHRQ (Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) is currently holding meetings with other government agencies and private groups in an ongoing discussion of how best to make health care safer through appropriate regulation. Public comment is welcome.
