This is an official survey produced by the United Sates Conference of Bishops, it is for Catholics of Asian and Pacific Islander decent who reside in the United States. Fellow Catholics of the regions specified, please take some time to fill out this survey. Surprisingly the survey gave the choices of choosing Syro Malabar, Knanaya, and Syro Malankara when asked to state ethnicity. It also asks many other meaningful questions on parish life, spirituality, and catechism in relation to living in the U.S and being a Catholic of Asian/Pacific Islander Descent.
