In the Eastern Churches, where priests can be married, are sons and grandsons of priests any more likely to become priests themselves? Are there long priestly lineages? If so, does this seem to be a result of nurture, or could some people have an innate or genetic tendency to priestly leadership?

Possibly, yes. Actually, a priest sharing knowledge of priestly practices leads the person to understand more about the role of the priest and the priesthood.

There have been many cases in the east of father and son or brothers becoming priests.
