                                                                                                    **NBC Does It Again!  Vulgar, Tasteless, Indecent Scene Part Of Network Program**

                    


                                      The February 6 episode of NBC's Las Vegas contained a scene inside a strip club. The content of that scene was extremely graphic. We have provided a video of the scene below.
NBC aired this scene during prime-time hours when they knew millions of children would likely be watching. But NBC didn’t care if they exposed children to this kind of material. Please take action below and help us help our children.

The FCC has several new commissioners who have spoken out about the content of some television programs. They have invited the public to send them their complaints.

Rather than trying to describe it to you, I would rather you watch it yourself. After watching the video, please follow the instructions to file your official complaint with the FCC. It will only take a couple of minutes to file the complaint. Do it for your children and grandchildren. After you file your complaint, please forward this to friends and family.

WARNING: This scene taken from the NBC program Las Vegas is highly offensive.

Like I stated on the thread about the ‘joke’ they played about the Crucifixin’s episode, NBC is scraping the bottom of the barrel!

Yes you can. Get Flip4Mac. It lets you watch wmv in quicktime. It’s freeware and virus free (not that that matters if you’re using a Mac!). It’s really useful, and MacWorld gave it “four mice.”
(Hmm, my Mac has MacWorld in its dictionary, gotta love spellcheck in Safari!)

although I am rather disappointed I missed this episode since I think I would have enjoyed it being only 21. Nonetheless it pisses me off that it is alright to air anything imoral or satanic or anything of the sort but not alright to mention God too many times or make refereces to religion too much.
 
I remember when NYPD Blue first came on. There was a bed scene that made my jaw drop ONLY in that it was on TV in prime time. So how many awards did that show win?

Maybe it’s better to avoid near occasions of sin by NOT clicking on links that are specifically designated as offensive.

I’m always surprised when a group protests indecency, then expressly encourages people to watch the video/look at the picture.

And this is what some people call empowering women. . .objectifying them, making them into “sexy beauties” for men to use and discard.

And this is what some people call empowering men. . .making them into buyers and sellers of soulless bodies, portraying them as nothing but one-thing-on-the mind-leering leches.

And this is what we present to ourselves, and worse, our children, as “entertainment”, as something worthwhile. Little girls, grow up to be pretty so men will want you and use you so you’ll be “somebody”. Little boys, grow up to think of nothing but getting money so you can have a different pretty girl to use every day, so you’ll be “somebody”.

The only thing I watch on NBC is NASCAR. Fortunately, it is only the second half of the season (with some races on TNT) and their contract with NBC is up this year and I am hoping they go to some other network.

Sex is the ultimate product with built in obsolescence.
Need a new washing machine, because the old ones out of date?

 I find if you are going to complain about something it helps to know what you are talking about.  Your complaint isn't looked at as valid if you have to say "Well, I didn't see it, but someone else said it was bad."  I can't stand when people complain about something, yet they've never actually read it or viewed it.  I don't say that to be mean. I'm merely saying some people just jump on the bandwagon.  
 Obviously some things don't need to be looked at or read to know it's "bad."  But to be honest, I wouldn't feel right complaining to NBC about that Las Vegas episode if I never looked at the clip myself.  Besides, some people get upset over things that I wouldn't consider bad at all.  (Someone posted on a message board that they have to mute "all the cuss words" on the TV show the Waltons.  Are you kidding me?)  Therefore, I would have to see if indeed I think it's bad before I file a complaint.
