I have to blather for a minute. I used to be such an atagonistic bleep about you Catholics. I can not wait to become a Catholic! I love the Savior, love His Church, the Catechism, the Missal, Mass, listening to Scott Hahn on YouTube and even the hard headed posters here I don’t always agree with. Because you’re my Catholic siblings. And iron sharpens iron. I wish I could just hug the whole bunch of you. Can you feel that? I’m doing it!!! Am stopping by the church on my way home to pick up a couple things from the guy who does RCIA classes. I need a lot of prayers as my wife and I are on a little bit of a different page, actually different novels. I am more and more convinced of the truth of this faith as I find out just about everything I have heard about you is not what the church actually teaches. “Tradition” is just one example! Study study study saints. We need you! Especially want to shout out to PJM. You know who you are! You really are a saint and I don’t think you’re even Irish. God bless you all. I love this site!

As an RCIA facilitator, I am as excited as you are! Congrats and welcome!

I love this site too! I pray that more blessings would come your way as you continue to grow spiritually!

To God be the glory!

Dear NearlyCatholic,
May we all have the excitement and love for the faith like you do! Reading your post makes me feel so happy for you!!
Are you going to be starting RCIA, or are you in it already?
I started and quit RCIA 2 times, before it worked out for me. My husband when I married him, was a fallen-away Catholic. I never thought he would come back to the church. It took a while, but now when our family is sitting in the pew together, it feels like a miracle!
