Need a little help here, please

I posted this here because this is where I normally post and over the years I’ve got to know a lot good people here, Catholic and non-Catholic.

I hope this post doesn’t get bounced out to the Prayer Request Section here at CAF.
I’ve already put something there anyways.

Well… I’ve have to go in for an angiogram and then see what happens from there. I also have a problem with my pancreas and need a CA199 test, to test for pancreatic cancer.

So, if you guys could please, say a couple prayers for me, the would be great.

I’m sure everything will work out…

Almighty Father God, source of human knowledge and skill: Guide physicians and nurses and all those you have called to practice the arts of healing. Strengthen them by your life-giving Spirit, that, by their ministries, the health of all people may be promoted and your creation may be glorified, especially for Jimmy as he goes in for testing. May he be found with a clean bill of health. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen!

Dear Heavenly Father,
As your child Jimmy goes in for testing, wrap him in your wonderful loving care. Give him comfort, and courage to face whatever comes his way. We pray further that, if it be Your will, that no matter the problem, that you will place your healing hand on him. Lead and guide his doctors to accuately diagnose and successufully treat our brother.

For Jesus sake and in HIs name,

I said “angiogram” but the paperwork “says”, " Cardiac Catheterization and Angiography"…Who knows…I guess it’s the same thing. The doctor was talking about bypass surgery and stints…I would like to avoid the bypass surgery if I can…

Dear heavenly Father

thank you for leading me to this forum and eventually to Jimmy B.

Lord thank you for your overwhelming love you have shown your children especially those who are in need. Tonight dear God, I lift to you Jim who is about to go for an angiogram and a test for pancreatic cancer.

In the name of Jesus, I pray that anything within Jim’s body which warranted these tests be gone and healed. O Jesus you defeated death you can defeat any sickness.

Thank you God for giving us Jesus. By His death we are forgiven of all our sins. By his rising from the dead we can face tomorrow and trust our health is in your hands.

Lord, Jesus reach down and touch Jimmy. Comfort him and give Him a large dose of your divine peace as he faces these tests fore coming.

Again Lord because you lived, the words to the following come to heart.

Please use this time to draw him closer to you and make him more like Jesus in His suffering, entrusting himself to You, like Him, to the One Who judges justly. Please extend his time here on earth as spiritual head of his family, to guide them in greater love and holiness. Please humble him during this time and show him mercy in his humility as we cry out to you confessing our need. Please help us to pray as we ought, seeking Your glory, and loving our brother. Thank you for bringing Jimmy this far! Please do not put our hope to shame. Please heal him and protect him with power in the Name of the Almighty King, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is in His Name that we approach Your throne of grace to make this request. We thank You that You hear us. We know that You always hear us. Amen!
