No it does not. Holy hour before the Bl. Sacrament of course does, but you can have an hour of special prayer in your home. It’s a good idea too.Does holy hour have to be done in the church??

There is no required set of prayers. You can pick them. Or read Scripture. Or just talk to Jesus in your head.
If you have trouble deciding what prayers, I’m sure a Google of something like “Catholic Holy Hour Meditations” or “Catholic Holy Hour Prayers” would bring up options.
