As the Foundress of The Family of Jacopa Association (The Family of Jacopa-Seculars and The Sisters of Jacopa) I am trying to locate and speak with Foundresses/Superiors of new religious communities of women to share information. These would be communities that were founded in the last 20 years, especially in the last few years. I would be happy to speak to anyone in the world. These info is not just for myself but for the Priests, Bishops, Vicars for Religious and other groups that support religious vocations. I would like to find out what worked and didn’t work, what traditions held, when ceremonies were done and how, etc. I do know a few of these Foundresses but I decided through prayer that this may be a great forum in which to reach out to many. Thank you for your help and prayers!

I started a similar thread: ‘Thread for Founders’. Might be around pages 2 or 3 by now.

There are quite a few communities on our main website: cloisters.tripod.com/

Look under ‘Fullerton Society’ and there will be a long list of relatively new communities.

If you belong to the religious habit list, I post new communities from Seraphic’s blog.

Blessings!
