Need help please pray for me

I also had extreme Vertigo, and was clueless about what was causing episodes of dizziness. It took a couple of years to determine the root cause. What I did was start with a very basic, bland diet. Little by little, additional foods were added. After a while, I discovered that foods high in sodium (salt) triggered episodes of Vertigo. Went to an ENT doctor, who diagnosed this condition as Meniere’s Syndrome. A little later I discovered my primary triggers were MSG and Soy Sauce. I got terrible dizziness after eating Chinese food, and it would take 8 - 10 hours to pass. Also, the MSG molecule is present in Whey Protein, pancake batter, donuts, and Subway sandwich meat and bread. Cambell’s Soups also have MSG. Many things have MSG and there are hidden names for it that food companies use to cloak the truth.

I pray for everyone who encounters these symptoms. I would suggest keeping track of what you eat, and try to determine if something in your diet triggers the Vertigo. After an episode, look back and see if something could be triggering the episode.
