Some of the online translators are not recognizing some of these words. Can someone identify for me word-for-word the following sentence?

aqua illa salutare temperat poculum; haec et lavacrum praestat, et potum.

It says, “He tempers (duly mingles) the cup with the saving water; this affords both a bath, and a drink.”
