Need prayer feeling down

Hello,

Please include me in your prayers. I just feel down lately and my new job is wearing me down; I just feel that I don’t have the strength to do it. I’m very grateful to God that I have a job, but please ask Him to give me the strength to do it. I just feel that I’m far from God and feel little depressed lately. Also, I feel very burdened by my sins. Thank you

I always wondered why people say to ‘pray for them’.
are you saying that if more people pray to god, you will have a higher chance that he notices you and helps you? thats wrong. If you prayed to him, you did what you could. i hope the best for you, but i dont understand how me praying for you will make him act any different than you praying for yourself. But anyways, if you’re depressed you can always message me if you feel the need to talk. ive been there before many times and ive gotten through it, you can too! (:

Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from evil, Amen.
 
I’m sorry your feeling this great weight pulling you down. At times life gets to all of us, and it’s our job as Christians to pull our brother up when he hits a rough spot. Try not to think that you will be in this valley forever, because you won’t be. I know it’s hard while you’re in that valley though, because you feel so far down, that you can’t see out. Just remember that how you are feeling now is temporary, this isn’t how it will be for the rest of your life.

I will keep you in my prayers, and in my Rosaries. Things will get better my friend.

I really support this loving response. I am bipolar and asked for prayer. I’ve received so

I don’t know the name of the song for certain, but I do remember having a favorite church song as a child - “They will know we are Christians by our love.”

Let our prayers be an expression of love, o Eternal Father! We hope and trust in You. Your mercy rains down in our lives anew each and every day, and so we praise You for Your greatness. At this time, we humbly ask you to remember this dear daughter. Send her strengthening graces. In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
