Need prayer to have Faith

Please pray that if there is a God he will give me faith, I have been a atheist for the past 10 or so years I’m at the point where i want to just fall on my knees and beg God to help me but i have no faith i only have hope that God is real please help me grow and understand why i don’t have any faith. why do i find it so hard to believe?
Any advice or prayers would help allot thanks.

I would offer you a suggestion,go into a church and spend some quiet time with God. Open your heart to Him. God is a merciful and loving Father and all of us our His children. You have hope. faith and love will follow, trust in God, He knows your heart, He will enter just ask. My prayers are with you. God Bless you.
 
thanks sounds like a good idea are the church open on more days then just sunday?
 
Some are I guess it depends on where you live, Yet they should have Mass every week day. and you can stay after They usually leave the Church open for an hour or so When I was in school they use to leave the church open. all day.I pray there is one close to you. God Bless

I will certainly pray for you…next time you look upon a crucifix, just remember those arms are open wide for you, and that He forgave one of the men crucified with him: Dismas. Becuase he said he was sorry. Even in agony, He was happy to have the man return to God.

Praying for your intention. Hope is better than nothing. Praying is a good place to start. Sometimes faith comes after we start praying and going to church and trying to live as God wills. The message of the Gospel is always repent and believe the good news. Repentance and belief go hand and hand. As we try to turn away from sin and live our lives for the Lord he will reveal himself to us.

"Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.” (John 14:23)

Read the gospels and pray to get acquainted with Jesus and his will.

Father, we are Your children. You acknowledge and love all of us but don’t love our sin. Faith is that which is hoped for and the evidence of the unseen. Open eyes and hearts to You, my God. Open hearts to receive your Spirit. Let that sweet warmth settled in our spirits to show us you are real. Thank you, Father, for opening eyes in my family, to Your Son, Jesus Christ.

One— this God placed a spiritual hole in your heart that will make you restless until you find God.
Two—If Creation came from Nothing w the Big Bang, how can we have something from nothing?
0+0=0. Nothing is 0. No radiation in space, no atoms, etc.
So, 0+1=1. This shows something has to be present to create.
Ask yourself when you have a problem:WHO, WHAT,WHERE&HOW.
At the end, you know something has to exist to create. That is where you meet FAITH!

FAITH is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word God. Read your Bible.

Go to a church that is Bible based. The Pastor will guide you.

Mark 11:22.
And Jesus answering saith unto them, HAVE FAITH IN GOD!
You are joyously starting your spiritual journey that you put off till now.
Go to church, settle in a pew in the front. Close your eyes and slowly deep breathe. Talk to Your Father in heaven(ABBA), Jesus, your brother and friend forever, and Holy Spirit.( the Comforter).

I looked up this hymn below for you. I learned it during
my Baptist childhood. The message is that Jesus is calling
us all to “come home” to his love and mercy.
