Need prayers about doubts

Hi everyone, I would really appreciate a prayer or two. I have serious doubts about myself from time to time and I suffer greatly from it. There is no real reason for the heavy doubts that I have about myself and things from the past sometimes haunt me from time to time, I grew up in an alcoholic home with one of my parents being destructively narcissistic.
The negative things that I experienced had a profound affect on my pattern of thinking and I suffer greatly.
I have been to therapists and dr.'s and have gotten a clean bill of health, they tell me I’m normal. One person I spoke to said it was spiritual attack which was frightening to me and the last time I asked for prayers here it was very beneficial and helped a lot.
I pray for the full armor of God and pray the St. Michaels prayer but can’t always remember the whole thing.

O Holy St. Anthony,
be our protector and defender.
Ask God to surround us with the Holy Angels,
so that we may emerge from every danger

Praying…

Have you tried praying the Rosary? Also, wearing a blessed Rosary around your neck should help, if it is a spiritual attack. The St. Michael prayer would be very good to pray daily many times.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

I found great help by attending Adult Children of Alcoholics, know as ACOA. I also attended Al-Anon for over 20 years. Being raised in an Alcoholic home leaves lasting effects. It was also through these programs that I returned to my Catholicfaith after lapsing for over 35 years. There are lots of people walking around who have been deeply affected by the craziness of alcoholism. Generally speaking, no one escapes unscathed from living with alcoholism. Praying for your recovery. There is hope and help specifically for people like us.😃

Dearest St. Philomena, your prayers are powerful because you are so close to Our Lord. Your child-like faith and devotion are an inspiration to all of the faithful. Many miracles have occurred as a result of your intercession. In your closeness to Our Lord, please lift up these my intentions in prayer…

St. Philomena, at such a young age, you gave everything to Jesus to become a consecrated virgin for the Kingdom. Giving even more, you gave your life as you suffered a martyr’s death to preserve your gift to our Lord. Pray for me, that I might have the same faith and willingness to accept God’s will no matter the cost.

Pray for the grace to forgive the errant parent. One doesn’t have to feel the forgiveness, but to will it.
Our Lord Jesus Christ can forgive through us. Perhaps you have already done so, but at times we can be tempted to resent again.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ and our Blessed Mother Mary, wrap your healing arms around truthquester and heal him in all the ways he needs healing. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, You are the Lord and all things are possible with you!
