Need prayers, first night away from family

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Today is the first night I will spend away from my family. They will be living in the border city of tijuana and I in San Diego, three or four days out of the week, I will be with them Wednesday nights, and on the weekends because I have to remain in the US in order to petition my wife and daughter to become permanent residents, and so that I can become a US citizen in less than three years.

This is so hard for us, because we’re so used to alway being together. My daughter is 6 and my boy is 2.

This is a sacrifice of love I’m making. please pray so that my family can have a stronger faith, unity, strenght, and much love.

Dear Lord,
Please protect and support Pablo SD and his family as they work to gain residency and citizenship status in the United States. May they receive kindness and hospitality wherever they go. My they find the people and resources which will help them in their quest and, may this experience bring them ever closer to your loving heart.
Lord, so many of the people who are coming to the United States are bringing their faith and love for you and love for family to a nation which desparately needs support in these areas. May Pablo and his family be a blessing in each community that they enter and may they win many souls for you.
Blessed Virgen of Guadaloupe, you are the patroness of the Americas. Please join your prayers with mine as I ask your Son to support and strengthen this family during this time and to help them become a blessing upon this country. Amen

Amen. May things go smoothly, and as streamlined and quickly as possible, so this family can be reunited for good as soon as possible.
 
Thank you all for your prayers! I cried when I read them, filled with joy, and with the Holy Spirit for having such great brothers and sisters in Christ. It is because of people like you, that I’m proud to be a Roman Catholic. 🙂
