Need prayers for daughter-school shooting threat

Please pray for all students and faculty at a High School in Illinois…there has been a shooting threat for Tuesday morning. Our daughter is a teacher there. It is probably a hoax that stems from the recent NIU shooting. The professionals say, however, that there is always a verbal warning at some point before action is taken. Pray for the safety of students and teachers everywhere as the threat is a reality as you all know, in some cases. Thank you all!

Thank you Morweena for the protection prayer to St. Anthony. He is my guy. I had not been familiar with this one. Will say it daily now, not only for daughter’s school but for all schools, teachers and students everywhere. Seems like the more time goes on the more we need these protection prayers.😦

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR WONDERFUL PRAYERS!! I keep you all in my daily rosary. This morning’s rosary was dedicated soley for this intention of course.🙂

I can’t thank you all enough for your wonderful prayers. So far so good, God has sent his army of angels to guard and protect all in her school. Just an update: The day of the threat has passed, (Tuesday) and for a week or so there will be plain clothed police around, Daughter says that the admin. is working on it. I am hoping that they subpoena some cell phones and delve into this big time. I would thing with all that has happened in the recent past they would. Guess this was a good wake up call to include safety of all of our kids and staff everywhere in prayer with the ever increasing violence in society. Guess I am back to making a written list of prayer intentions.😃
