Need prayers to get out of depression

My aunt died last month, my sister had open-heart surgery just last week ->the sister who never calls or writes me, hasn’t for years, I quit my job and got a new one also in the last 2 weeks → and I feel like I’m barely functioning. Getting dressed, going to work, taking a shower, walking the dog is about all I can do. Keep sitting in front of the TV and feel exhausted all the time. Saw psychiatrist last week and am seeing therapist more frequently, but I feel so low.

Prayers appreciated.

Lord please help this person who is suffering so much only they know how much. Lord please help them to heal inside to come out of the dark night of the soul…Mary lost Jesus but in 3 days found Him doing great things in the temple. You will eventually recover, give your spirit time to heal, pray each day, pray the rosary…go to adoration. You will get there, you can do this! God will help to heal you and you will come out into the sunlight again.
 
Praying for you. Think of the anxiety Jesus had in the garden, that was for you, so can let some go.
