I need your help. I am a 44 year old female soon to be 45 in March. I have had a rough few years. I don’t want a pity party however; need some strength and prayers for healing. In the last 8 years, I have lost my son and in 18 years gone through two marriages and 3 pregnancies/losses. My mother suffers from severe depression my whole life and I lost my father when I was 13. I have 3 brothers. One was just diagnosed with Parkinson’s (3 Years Ago) healthy and a work out warrior (No family history) both he and one other brother separated from their wives and have children. My youngest brother I barley talk too. I have had various medical issue’s and just recently was told I have a lower right lung nodule that has been there since 2008 and the radiologist forgot to mention it for 4 years. I recently decided and my doctor was not overly concerned that I did a follow up CT in November to only be sent to a specialist as it may have grown 2 mm. I now have a CT scan with Die 24Feb. I am beside myself. How did I go from don’t worry about it to know we have to make sure. I am speechless and scared. I have been praying hard but with all the things that have happened in my life I feel alone. I need to find my faith and strength I do not know what to do. Thank you for your prayers and I had to vent. God Bless!

Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance, direction, strength, fortitude & wisdom in your time of need. I’ll be praying for the intentions of you & your family.

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to her assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

God bless YOU, Von, God bless YOU with strength, faith, peace, hope, love and health!

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen.

“Come to me all you who labor and are heavy burdened and I will give you rest.” Mt 11:28

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. 1 Cor 10:13 (NIV).

Good luck in your journey. You and your family have been lifted in prayer tonight.

Dear Von55,

Please know that you are in my prayers. This prayer is for you!

Prayer for the Sick

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the Sick, we turn to You in this time of illness. O dearest Comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with Your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our sick under Your care and humbly ask that You restore Your servant Von55 to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge Your holy will and know that whatsoever You do, You do for the love of us.
Amen.

😦 Wow! Now, you have REALLY been through a LOT! Gosh!

Vent away! You´re entitled!

:bighanky:

When it rains, it pours! **DANG! **

It must be hard in this case, as well, with the radiologist’s role in this.

Your life reminds me a little of the Book of Job!

You must be really tough, strong, to have even survived all that!

I wish I knew some words of comfort for you right now.

This is for you…:coffee:

and this :tissues:

and this…:hug1:

I hope it’ll turn around for you, soon.

God bless you!

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular Von55, and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Maximilian Maria Kolbe

St. Maximilian, amidst the hate and lonely misery of Auschwitz, you brought love into the lives of fellow captives and sowed the seeds of hope amidst despair. You bore witness to the world by word and deed that “Love alone creates.” Help me to become more like you. With the Church and Mary and you, may I proclaim that “Love alone creates.” To the hungry and oppressed, the naked and homeless, the scorned and hated, the lonely and despairing, may I proclaim the power of Christ’s love, which endures forever and ever. Amen.

Thank you for your prayers. I have not been on here for a couple days. Tragedy has stricken me again. My spouse was involved in a tragic work accident that caused the passing of a young man VL… My spouse is traumatized and in so much pain and all those around him at work as well as families that have been torn apart… I’m beside myself with sadness. I couldn’t have written these awful chapters in my life right now. I feel like drowning… I pray for all those involved. Lord hear my prayers!
