Need to Let Go of an Apartment for Financial Reasons

Hello my dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ

I will try to keep this short.

For 2 1/2 years I have held on to an apartment on the other side of the country because of fear of letting go of it.

Because of my medical issues and many hospitalizations and now the virus, I can no longer financially hold on to it.

As an adult child of an alcoholic, however, I am a people pleaser.

The landlord and landlady absolutely love me and so I have kept it.

But now it represents only a “geographic cure” and as my therapist said, “holding on to a dream”.

I know that if we are living in end times, that one of the seven seals in the Book of Revelation is Economic Collapse.

And I truly should be giving this money instead to my father and mother, with whom I now live with my many disabilities.

The rent for July is due by the 10th. I have not been under any lease for over 2 years now. Why? Because they trust me.

A part of me just wants to ask them to keep my security deposit to pay for this month’s rent. But I still have some belongings in the apartment.

But I think you would agree that I should be a man of my word and pay for this upcoming month even though I may never get back out there. And certainly not now as I am very sick myself and as this virus thing never ends.

Can you please say a little intercessory prayer for me right now – maybe to St. Matthew the Apostle, Patron Saint of Financial Matters – that I find the courage tonight to finally contact them and to let it go.

I am right now going to begin my Sorrowful Mysteries, Novena for Difficult Times, Emergency Novena to Mother Teresa and Chaplet of Divine Mercy for all your needs.

I am still very sick and scared and believe I have the virus regardless of what the tests show but today I managed to walk about the length of 2 city blocks with my cane.

Please also say a little intercessory prayer for a miracle healing of my upper respiratory system tonight.

I don’t do intercessory prayers, but I will pray to God directly. Lord, please grant this brother a miracle in his finances and heal the thing that is causing him to suffer from the respiratory problem. I pray it in Christ’s name. Amen.

I am so paralyzed with anxiety and depression because I am so sick.

I feel so wrong to keep asking for prayers

For a decade I did not even need to ask.

But my life is in absolute turmoil physically and mentally.

I have not found the courage yet to let go of the apartment. I can no longer afford it.

Especially since I believe we are entering end times with its economic collapse.

Please pray that today I will FINALLY get the courage.

I just said my Chaplet of Divine Mercy, St Teresa of Calcutta Emergency Novena for all of your needs.

And earlier today I said 3 rosaries of the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious mysteries for all of your intentions.

I talked to the landlord finally last week. He was so understanding.

And still I am so afraid to let go of the apartment.

Because I am disabled, I really need it. But I cannot afford it and should be giving my parents the money as they need it and I should live with and take care of them.

Please pray for this intention.

My sister and brother are here and they are pressuring me because I cannot afford it.
Maybe they are right.

When you are depressed, it is so hard to discern correctly.
