Needing prayers for my two sons. Desperate situations

My sons Robert and Christopher need prayers. They are both going through desperate situations. Robert is in county jail. He hasn’t been sentenced yet. Please pray that the lawyers and the judge have mercy in their hearts and give him a second chance. He is a good kind- hearted generous young man who just made a mistake. He goes to Catholic services, reads the Bible and other Catholic literature, writes stories and reads books. He even helps the other guys. He is truly remorseful.
Christopher is addicted to opiods and got evicted from his apartment and now is homeless. He is also very ill. He has a blood infection and a spinal infection. He is couch surfing and sometimes comes to my place for a few days. He’s a good person too and is really suffering. My heart is broken. I am so depressed and worried. I’m 69 years old and in poor health. I have been praying so hard. Praying the rosary and doing novenas, lighting candles in church. Who is the best Saint to pray to for these situations? I have been asking St. Jude and St. Rita for intercession. If anyone knows good novenas for these situations please tell me. Thank you
 
I don’t know any particular saints or prayers for these situations, but St. Joseph’s feast day is the 19th. I will ask his intersession on your behalf and for your sons.

You could use the Novena for impossible requests

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope!
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping
in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us; and after this our exile, show unto us

R - That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

For Help in Trials

Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. PRAYER IN A TIME OF TRIBULATION

O Lord, hear my cry pouring out from a troubled heart. The sorrow which clutches at my soul has driven me to You my protector, my True Friend in time of need. You know, my God, all my failings, my faults and my sins as well as the torment gripping my soul. My greatest sorrow should be for my disregard of Your holy commandments in the past, and I sincerely hope that you will grant me the grace of true contrition.
