Levada, Benedict XVI has ordered the congregation for the doctrine of the faith to examine whether the Neocatechumenal Masses are or are not in keeping with the liturgical teaching and practice of the Catholic Church.”
 
I was dying to know what the results were of the “feria quarta” – in the second half of April. The great silence on Mr. Magister’s part could mean either that the results, against all his expectations, were favorable to the NCW, or else he simply lost his source (who perhaps was the butler who, now in prison, can no longer provide him with the secret documentation, about which Magister seems to know so much as if they were on his own desk), but it could even mean both.
 
I have never even heard of such a Mass before. May God grant the congregation the wisdom to judge wisely.
