I have noticed that pagenism seems to be in vogue right now, at least with the people I run across, and I was wondering if there were any apologetical books directed towards that group? Thanks and God bless.

You might try books by Catholic authors who deal with New Age beliefs. Neo-pagans are a subset of these, Wicca and Satanism being two examples. Others include voodoo, nature religions and also the Norse Pantheon. Most if not all New Age stuff is a rehash or mixture of old religions that had pretty much died out in the west, but are receiving new life.

on the “New Age” - Vatican document published in 2001 or so.
Ransomed From Darkness: The New Age, Christian Faith, and the Battle for Souls by Moira Noonan- A very good and readable book about one woman’s fall into Wicca and her return to the One Faith.

It is helpful to remember that Wicca is a religion, just not an ancient one like some of its adherents proclaim. It was apparently created in the late 1800’s(I think that I have the correct time period) by a man named Gardner.
Also, Wiccans don’t worship Satan and if you use this as an argument, you will alienate the person. Wiccans do not believe in a devil.
