This is a prime example of the beast which John reveals in the book of Revelations. When secular powers dictate and prostitute religion. A religion that mixes secular powers with it’s faith carries with it the mark of the beast 666 which is (coruptima ultima pesima) = ultimate power corrupts.

Fear appears to be the driving force behind such laws, when fear is of the devil. There is no fear in Truth.

Truth and true faith in One God brings light to the darkness and fear scatters. This new constitutional ban keeps it’s people in fear and blind to the Truth.

The Catholic Church has been battling this beast since apostolic times and once again we find Peter is free from secular powers today. Yet in many anti-Christian countries we still find the Catholic Church militant underground just as apostolic times, being persecuted by the beast that prostitutes religion against Truth.

Across much of Asia, Christianity is making inroads…and those believers in older religions are not happy.

For example, there is a party in India of radical Hindus who want to forbid conversion and who have persecuted Christians. Recently, a number of Christians were killed, churches burned, etc.

The Dalai Lama suggested Christians should not try to evangelize in Asia.

And the foremost Buddhist, Hahn, wrote that it was “cruel” to try and convert people born into one religion to another.

I would guess these are all symptoms of the impact Christianity is having in Asia.
