Washington, DC – The congressman who shouted “it’s a baby killer” in reference to the pro-abortion health care bill during a Bart Stupak speech on the House floor is not backing down. Rep. Randy Neugebauer says he has no reason to acquiesce to Stupak’s demand that he apologize on the House floor for his comment.

I was under the impression that Neugebauer had called Mr. Stupak a baby killer but it appears that he actually called the bill a baby killer. If it is indeed the case that Neugebauer called the bill a baby killer and was not calling Mr. Stupak a baby killer then I support Neugebauer and do not believe that he should have to apologize.
