This morning the Holy Father named Bishop-elect William Patrick Callahan, O.F.M. Conv. as a new Auxiliary Bishop of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA and also titular bishop of Lares.
He will be consecrated by Archbishop Timothy Michael Dolan on 21 December.
