New Bishop finally

Well we finally got out new Bishop here. We have been waiting for about a year. An auxiliary ArchBishop or Bishop from Baltimore was chosen by Pope Francis. www.dwc.org has the news and we have been prayerfully waiting. I haven’t been going to Mass myself. Maybe that will change. I guess he worked with ArchBishop Lori of the ArchDiocese of Baltimore.
 
Continued prayers for your new Bishop and your diocese. I am sorry the last bishop had so many problems. Archbishop Lori seems to me to be a very good and kind man, I met him last year when he was out in Ellicott City MD for Mass after a flood destroyed the whole downtown (for about the third time in a couple decades). Hopefully Bishop Brennan is a good and stable man too. As he is older, I am guessing he was sent in to clean up the mess while they look for a younger man who will be able to serve long term.

You should go to Mass. Even when the bishop is not so good, it doesn’t help you to stay away from Jesus because of the bishop.
