new catholic rite ?

hello , would it be possible that traditionalist separated Catholic’s such as sedavacantis and others like them could be offered their own rite in the church if they accept the authority of the Pope. has this ever been considered. don’t worry I am a faithful Catholic, the question came to mind during adoration as a way to bring unity.
