New evil trend going on among teenagers!

Everyone needs to pray for the teenagers in the world. A new “game” similar to the ouija board is trending called the Charlie Charlie challenge where teenagers are conjuring up a Mexican demon named Charlie. People do not realize that they are opening portals and what they are doing could be very very dangerous and harmful.Look it up, it’s even in the news! St. Michael, Pray for us!
 
If this demon were Mexican, wouldn’t he be more likely named Carlos? :rolleyes:

I just saw this story on the television news. It looks kind of silly but I agree with you that it is better to stay away from the occult.
 
A while back in the 1980s my daughter and her friends used to play a game which sounds a little like Charlie. The kids, who got together after school, played the game “Mary Worth” or “Bloody Mary.” She was a ghost that died a long time ago. In the game, the kid would stand before a mirror in a dark room with a candle lit. They would turn around three times and call on Mary Worth, who was supposed to appear and show them their future. If Mary Worth didn’t like you for some reason she would scratch your eyes out, or kill you, according to the kids. Funny it was usually girls who played this game. They sure scared themselves with it!

Do they use this game to wind down after an exciting session of spunkball? Do they inhale jenkem while they’re at it?
 
They don’t want to follow the Bible…(too many restrictions) so they try & call on demonic spirits …( no restrictions.) 😦
 
What does it mean if the pencil moves to “no,” when they ask the question, “Charlie, Charlie are you here?”

If the answer is no, then the pencil could not have moved, which means Charlie is not there to answer. Which means the answer could not be no because there could be no movement of the pencil. So the only way to know if Charlie is there is if the pencil moves to yes.

Unless Charlie moves the pencil to no in order to trick people into believing that he’s not there when he really is there.

Therefore, I conclude that regardless of whether the answer is yes or no, Charlie is there.

My own kids roll their eyes at it. They think it’s the silliest thing ever.

You do realize what’s happening in this game is gravity…right? Maybe you should take a more analytical approach to things, rather than jumping straight to the supernatural.

God gave us brains capable of critical thinking for reason.

If the pencil is just moving…it could be gravity…but if it’s pointing to yes & no and it’s correct …it may be a demon. :eek:
