New job-please pray

I will be starting a new job today. I looked for something with less hours in a different field but could not find one-so I reluctantly accepted a position that I have a lot of experience with on a part time basis with a different company.

The reason I wanted to switch careers was because a position like this can be draining, and stressful, and highly competitive and quite frankly, my last job had completely burnt me out, and I became a stressed out mess.

I am working part time to help with tuition and love being a stay at home mom, but this is needed now. Please pray that my kids are safe when I am working, and that the stress level does not go off the charts with this job. I pray that because it is a different company perhaps it will be different.

Sometimes working for different company can help decrease the stress, especially if there is improved management practices and nicer folks to work with. I hope that working less hours will help too.

I hope things work out for you, and that you can find other work if you like, down the road.
