The question comes up here, but there aren’t enough of us.
One of the moderators at byzcath just rummaged through the old threads and formed a recipe subforum, which is and will be primarily Lenten recipes.
Most of the Eastern churches (all but Pittsburgh and Maronite, AFAIK) have far stricter fasting rules than RC, typically without meat, dairy, and wine (but wine and fish allowed on one or two days of the weekend), so this can be a major concern…
