I’ve been waiting for this for what feels like forever. If it’s half as good as Passion I’ll be happy.
 
Rent or buy Son of God. You won’t be disappointed. Beware, though, Jesus’s scourging and crucifixion are very graphic.
 
I was thinking the same thing. He won’t be in something he doesn’t approve of. I trust his judgement.

If “Son of God” is pretty much the Jesus story from “The Bible” miniseries, I probably will be disappointed.

I did not like the liberties taken with “The Bible”.
 
At least the video accompaniments on YouTube to The Sorrowful Mysteries and the St. Bridget’s Prayers will finally have some new material. I’ve seen the scenes from Passion of the Christ over and over for those.
 
It’s a shortened version of His story from The Bible miniseries.

Yeah, that’s what I heard.

I saw “The Bible” and it didn’t impress me.

Christ told Peter they would be fishers of men. Not “change the world.”
