I’m having a problem Ive never had before. This has been going on the past 5 or 6 weeks now. I wake up too early, which is a form of insomnia I read.
Yesterday I took a much needed 2.5 hour nap, which admittedly made it harder to go to bed.
I slept from 1:30am to 6:40 am. Even though my alarm is set for 7:10a.
Most days I sleep from about midnight to 6:30am.
The other day I slept from 11 to 5:40am. And I couldn’t go back to sleep.
So I’m getting about 6.5 hours of sleep. I used to almost always get close to 8 hours. Until less than 2 months ago. This has been happening in different places I sleep.
Please pray for these sleep issues. I don’t like being tired at work. I used to almost always get decent sleep.
Prayers are appreciated, as well as suggestions. Ive read a lot of sleep research over the years, and already follow a lot of advice.
I’m asking for prayer now, because idk what’s wrong here, but I’m sick of it.
