New Solemn Mass in Colorado Springs

This September 11th our parish, St. Gabriel’s, will be starting a solemn Mass at 11:30 every Sunday. The Mass will have Gregorian chant for the ordinary, classic hymns acapella and with an organ, patens, bells, incense and at least five servers for every Mass.

Our pastor and liturgy committee were very open and supportive of this new Mass and eventually want to have large parts of the Mass sung in Latin.👍

I hope you’re right…but what makes you say this? I see this as being an eternity away where I live unless a mandate comes directly from the Pope…
 
Yes! Next time I go visit my Seventh Day Adventist friends in Colorado Springs, I’ll see if they want to join me.
