My wife has relatives in Newfoundland.(Dunphy family) They were very religious people. How did they come up with such a name?

My best friend since kindergarden’s mother is Elizabeth Dunphy. I wonder if it’s the same family (Elizabeth works at Memorial University in some connection with the church. I think she may be a counselor of some sort).

The devil is just a myth to some people. What a dangerous way to live.
 
Could be. They lived in Placentia. Maybe you could ask them if they have any cousins in the U.S.A.
 
We are referring to different people I think, although I’m sure they are related.
