I’m talking with a Baptist ordained minister about the original church and he tells me the the original/first Christian Church is The New Testament Church and that they celebrated the 7 Feasts of the Church. One Feast being The Feast of the/our Lord, and he hasn’t given me a description of this feast although it’s apparently pretty gruesome??? Anyone know what he’s talking about?

Sorry, I’ve never heard of any of these “feasts” till now. There’s an Anglican website where from time to time I hold friendly conversations with protestants of various persuasions. If you like, I can try and find out from somebody there and let you know.

Baptist ordination practices vary very widely.

As an ex-Baptist, “Baptist minister” holds barely more weight for me than “this guy I met on the street”.

A kook with a kooky opinion. No more…

The best thing you can do when people present you with this type of “history” is ask them to provide evidence.

Most of the time they claim they can’t because the Church destroyed it all. At that point, you know that its just crackpot conspiracy nonsense.

Pray for these people, but certainly don’t place any stock in the nonsense they’re spewing.

Ask him where can this ‘New Testament Church’ be found today.
Obviously, it can be found in the 27th Street Main Avenue 7th Drive Independent Worldwide Baptist True Real Apostolic Orthodox Christian New Testament Bible Only Real Church, with Pastor Simon Peter and his 20 man congregation.

All others are hellbound heretics.

In Rome? In Jerusalem?

Somehow they always call themselves ‘bishops’ and their congregations ‘cathedrals’ … I wonder where their line of succession draws from?
