A start date and time have yet to be confirmed (the pastor is currently on a trip abroad), but all indications are that there will soon be a Mass offered according to the Extraordinary Form at St. Peter & Paul’s in Leonore, IL (close to Streator, IL). This is in the northernmost section of the diocese of Peoria.
