There are resources showing the differences between the old and new translations for the people’s part and the priest part of the Ordinary of the Mass.

Where can I see the differences between the old and new translations of the Propers (e.g., introit, offertory prayer, prayer after communion, etc.)?

Not all the books have been accepted by Rome AFAIK. That may not have been released online yet. The only reason the Ordinary was released was to allow for composition of Mass settings.
